| Accountabilities | 1. Provide professional project planning and management for all assigned projects
2. Elaboration of technical tasks and projects for fit out and construction purposes
3. Maintain accurate project accounting records and work within the budget constraints impose.
4. Provide timely and accurate project documentation and reporting including, but not limited to: funding requests Meeting Minutes, Purchase Orders, Service Contracts and Change Orders, execution of Status Updates, and project Close-out.
5. Cultivate and maintain a positive working relationship with all client representatives and service providers on the project. This includes, but is not limited to, the Building Operations and Maintenance, Security, Owner’s Representatives, Architects, Engineers, Consultants, Contractors, Subcontractors, and Vendors.
6. Liaise with landlords with regards the furnish and fit out of space within their buildings
7. Liaise with local utility providers, where appropriate, to ensure that services required by tenant are working –where outside scope of landlord
8. Provide assistance and guidance to subordinates and other members of the Team

| Required Qualifications | 1. A degree in construction, engineering, project management or related field
2. 3-5 years of experience related with all aspects of Design/Construction/Project Management
3. Spoken level of English and good writing English language skills
4. Possesses average understanding of building fabric and MEP systems installation
5. Ability to prioritize workload with an attention to detail and willingness to complete projects in a timely and efficient manner |
